Single Ferrule fittings are three piece designs comprising of a
Socket having a conical seat, a hardened Progressive Ring and a Nut.
When the Nut is progressively tightened it makes the Ring move onto
the tube, which subsequently bites into the pipe, thereby forming a
visible collar of material in front of it.
To manufacture such a wide range of fittings, trouble free and
leak-proof couplings and adaptors, standards like DIN:2353,
ISO:8434-1, IS:8805, JIC, SAE, CSN, TGL etc. are followed along
with designs like ERMETO, EO, PARKER, IMPERIAL and SWAGELOK.
Threads like ISO 6149 METRIC (MM), METRIC TAPER (MT), BSPP, BSPT,
NPT, UN, UNF & SAE straight are used on nut ends and plug ends.
Various finishes like Trivalent Blue Passivity Zinc Plating,
Blackening/Phosphates and Zinc Yellow Passivity are offered.
Threaded ends are protected from dust and damage using plastic
end covers for safe storage.


Double ferrule fittings work on the proven principle of two ferrules swaging to the tube when tightened.
