Hydraulic Fittings |
Single Ferrule fittings are three piece designs comprising of a Socket having a conical seat, a hardened Progressive Ring and a Nut. When the Nut is progressively tightened it makes the Ring to move on to the tube, which subsequently bites into the pipe, thereby forming a visible collar of material in front of it.
To manufacture such a wide range of Fittings trouble free and leak proof couplings and adaptors, not only the help of standards like DIN: 2353, ISO: 8434 -1, IS: 8805, JIC, SAE, CSN, TGL etc. is taken but many designs like ERMETO, EO, PARKER, IMPERIAL, SWAGELOK, etc. are also being followed.
Threads like ISO 6149 METRIC (MM), METRIC TAPER (MT), BSPP, BSPT, NPT, UN, UNF & SAE straight are used on nut ends and the plug ends.
Various finish like Trivalent Blue Passivity Zinc Plating in regular and Blackening/Phosphates, Zink Yellow passivity being offered. Threaded ends are protected from dust and getting damage, by plastic end covers for a long and safe storage.
