We provide hydraulic power packs with 240V, 3 phase hydraulic power packs, 240V hydraulic power packs, 110V hydraulic power packs with centre manifold blocks that hold hydraulic cartridges, and valves connected to an AC motor and compact sized gear pumps. Our AC power packs supply flow from 3L/M up to 25LPM, and pressure from 40 bars to 250 bars

DC hydraulic power pack mountings are horizontal or vertical.
Normally we set hydraulic relief valves at 160 bars, but hydraulic relief valves are adjustable from 50 to 230 bars, as standard for each mini hydraulic power pack.

DC hydraulic power pack flow range is from 3L/min up to 15L/max.

The standard size for the hydraulic valve manifold oil port's thread size is 3/8" BSPP.

Electric control system: two buttons remote with 4 meters cables. We also offer wireless remote control pendants. Part number: WRCP12. A single acting DC hydraulic power pack is suitable for all kinds of single acting hydraulic applications, such as trailer tipping, power up /gravity down lift, mobile hydraulics, tipper truck, and tailgate lift.

This mini power pack dimensions are very small and compact, so, we also call them small hydraulic power packs or small hydraulic power units. They offer high pressure with low flow for single action hydraulic systems or double acting small hydraulic cylinders.

Our 12V DC hydraulic power packs and 24V DC hydraulic power packs are used for single acting hydraulic cylinders, they increase cylinder power that decreases with gravity.

Our 12V DC hydraulic power packs and 24V DC hydraulic power packs are used for single acting hydraulic cylinders, they increase cylinder power that decreases with gravity. First, the motor runs and pressure oil come from the hydraulic gear pumps through our standard aluminium central manifold to single acting hydraulic cylinders. When the motor stops, the cartridge check valve and 2-way hydraulic valve with normally closed functions will hold pressure for the cylinder. And then, remote operate solenoid valve release hydraulic pressure from system, to make single acting cylinder gravity down to closed.

A single acting hydraulic cylinder can be used for many different applications, such as a small mobile lift, a vehicle lift.
All of our mini power packs have single acting hydraulic schematics, 2 way cartridge solenoid valves with normally closed/open, and check valves for holding cylinder pressure to make sure the cylinder doesn't drop.
